Pho Hanoi is hands down one of the best Vietnamese spots I’ve tried in Barcelona. We ordered pho, Bun Bo Hue and Bun Thit Nuong. The both were incredible. The broth was super rich and comforting, with that deep flavor you only get from proper slow cooking. The Bun Bo Hue had a really nice kick without overpowering everything else. However, adding gio heo will definitely make it a real true Bun Bo Hue. Everything is delicious and feels authentic at this Vietnamese restaurant. We’ve been there twice and tried out a handful of plates. The pho, the rolls with the prawn and the beef soup were the standouts. The service is always friendly and very attentive. Highly recommended! Would happily go again in the future.
