L. Vuong★★★★★Pho Hanoi is hands down one of the best Vietnamese spots I’ve tried in Barcelona. We ordered pho, Bun Bo Hue and Bun Thit Nuong. The both were incredible. The broth was super rich and comforting, with that deep flavor you only get from proper slow cooking. The Bun Bo Hue had a really nice kick without overpowering everything else. However, adding gio heo will definitely make it a real true Bun Bo Hue.
