John Klot★★★★★Wonderful place to have a late lunch in the center of Madrid. It didn't take us too long to get a table, but we had drinks while waiting at the bar. We ordered lagoustines al ajillo, Manchester cheese and oxtail stew. All of them were delicious. It felt nice to end our trip witha lunch from there before we head home. Highly recommend this spot.
Arlei Wermuth★★★★★One of the best experiences of the entire trip. The restaurant/bar is super authentic and undeniably old, you can feel and experience all the history that has passed through this place. The service is excellent, the waiters are fast, polite, attentive, and fun. The food is spectacular, this place should be in the Michelin Guide, it's that good. When you're in Madrid, don't miss it. - PS: Try the vermouth, it's impeccably good.
Kelly Sidney★★★★★This was our favorite place to eat in Madrid, hands-down. Florentine and Jonathan treated us with such kindness and great hospitality. The food was superb and the menu featured many authentic local Spanish dishes. We enjoyed this spot so much. That way you came back several days in a row. I highly recommend Casa Alberto !! I loved the tomato, tuna salad, artichokes, and shrimp, stuffed red peppers.
Marcin1979★★★★★Casa Alberto is an absolute must for a foodie map in Madrid. Not only this restaurant has a great vintage vibe but offers great Madrid cuisine. We were very lucky to wait and get a table as this place is packed and always lots of people willing to dine in. We tried the Morcilla which is blood sausage, veal meatballs and tripes. All the dishes were very rich in flavor, homemade and made with love. The wine was very good too. If we visit Madrid again we will definitely stop there again. Amount of good reviews proceeds by itself :)
