Disastrous order and delivery. Poor management and a complete failure on the part of both Vicio and Glovo, as they are jointly responsible for the service. We just placed an order, which arrived cold and in poor condition. While tracking it through the Glovo app, I received a call from a landline, which I assumed was the delivery driver, as the location was visible and he wasn't at my address. A man answered, but he barely spoke Spanish. Therefore, it was impossible to communicate with him and tell him where to go. Meanwhile, I could hear him knocking on other random addresses without paying a
