We just placed an order, which arrived cold and in poor condition. While tracking it through the Glovo app, I received a call from a landline, which I assumed was the delivery driver, as the location was visible and he wasn't at my address. A man answered, but he barely spoke Spanish. Therefore, it was impossible to communicate with him and tell him where to go.
