una experiencia horrible!!! i was expecting to start my sunday with a good breakfast at VIPS BEATRIZ Jose Ortega y Gasset. 42 mimutes im total of waiting for desayuno americano. i felt so very much mistreated because i was there ahead from four tables that they served so quickly. i even have to follow up at least to serve my drink which i was charged of 5.45eur (caramel frappe). when i stood up from my table to pay only for my drink and leave, here comes my food plate, exactly 42 minutes. the apology was so poor, no explanation as to why. and this experience conclude not to ever go back again

“It was our first time dining at VIPS. We ordered a burger, a salad bowl (which included rice), and a mini lemon pie. The burger was very large, with beef, bacon, and pickles. The beef was juicy and flavorful. The salad bowl was somewhat similar to a Japanese seafood donburi, topped with salmon and a variety of fresh vegetables. If it were served in a bowl, it would resemble donburi even more. The lemon pie was sweet and tangy, cold, and very refreshing, perfect for cutting through the richness of the meal. Next time, we’ll try the mini chocolate pie.”ありがとう😊
