I ordered from Glovo at 9:07 PM, and the order included potatoes with aioli. After waiting so long, around 10:20 PM I called to pick up the order myself since it hadn't arrived. It turns out that, as far as I understand, Glovo is on strike, which is why there are delays in the orders. At this establishment, they confirmed that my food had been ready for over 40 minutes. When I asked if they could reheat the fries, which cost €7.15, they said no because they had aioli on them. They told me that if I wanted them, I would have to pay for different fries.
