We went to La Grilleta and the experience was simply spectacular. We ordered croquettes, leeks, and an octopus cannelloni. Each dish was a true sensory experience, with beautifully balanced flavors and meticulous presentation. To finish, the perfect ending: an amazing torrija (Spanish-style French toast) that left us speechless. The service was on par with the food. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place that we will return to.
