This is a Too good to go review. Recently started using the app again because who doesn’t love a good bargain. 1st time I was here to pick up the bag, met 2 people at the counter - asked one and they didn’t seem to know what the hell I was talking about but the 2nd person knew and told me no need to join the service queue, just wait on the side and I’ll go grab the bags for you. Came in today to pick up bags and waited on the side thinking that was the norm. Approached the counter when I didn’t see the bags out to say I was waiting for them & one of the two people behind asked why I wasn’t on

Had a lovely cup of coffee at about 6.30pm this evening only to discover after that there was no toilet for use at the cafe. Sign was discrete in that it closed off the stairs with a sign, could not be see until to headed for the stairs. I might be wrong here but I dont think it legal to sell food and drink in a cafe style premises without a toilet. Or it least this should be more noticeable to save embarrassment and distress.

Typical Starbucks. Good food, good drink. Only downside is that the toilet is downstairs. Nice atmosphere to sit and have a tea.
