Kfc how Colonel Sanders intended... Fresh, Tasty and fair size portions... The fillet burgers were 5 stars guys... Plenty of lettuce and mayo 👍 Unsure why staff can't take orders at the counter I hope they bring that personal touch back because I prefer someone else to navigate the endless menus and choices..😟 5 stars given for food and service... Mohammed took the time to come round and use the touch screen for me as I lose patients with them very quickly... He was courteous and very helpful... Thank you. Great service and food was very good today... Well done and Good job to the Team

I recently visited KFC to try one of their burger meals, and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the meat. The chicken patty in my burger was dry, overcooked, and lacked the juicy, flavorful texture that I expected. It tasted bland, almost as if it had been sitting out for too long before being served. What’s worse, the meat seemed processed and didn’t have the fresh, crispy quality KFC is known for in its fried chicken. The burger bun and toppings did little to mask the unappetizing meat. I've avoided this branch and KFC in general for years and thought I'd give it a try as it was my favourite place to go in the 90's. So I bought a family feast but have never had chicken cooked medium rare before with under cooked fries with a mixed salad which contained a few leaves with a small amount of sweetcorn on top. Overall it was shit and I will never go to a KFC in Birmingham ever again. Avoid at all costs.
