I had a very disappointing experience at this Costa Coffee today. The coffee quality was far below the standard I normally expect from Costa. It was clear that proper coffee-making standards were not followed. The drink lacked the usual crema, texture, and overall quality that Costa Coffee is known for. The milk preparation was especially poor. Instead of properly steaming and texturing the milk, it felt like the milk was simply heated and poured into the coffee with very little care or attention—more like something made casually at home rather than by trained staff in a professional coffee

I am a massive fan of Costa. The coffee is always brilliant 👏. This particular store,s coffee was great, service was amazing. Only real negative was the loo's. I think someone needs to keep on top of cleaning 🤔... not the nicest experience.

I had a worst experience here. Firstly there was just one lady in the counter and busy talking with another costumer for so long. I waited amd got irritated seeing them chatting. She was not even responding to me. Finally i ordered 2 Lattes and shit that Latte. Milk not properly heated. I drank like in three sips. No visit anymore also I can’t recommend this place to anyone.
