“Good food, get service, and was good with my allergy of Gluten”

I’m really disappointed with my order this evening from Nando’s Altrincham. I specifically asked for three chicken legs, and instead I was given three chicken breasts. I don’t eat chicken breast at all, so the whole order was wrong and unusable. It’s frustrating because I was very clear when ordering, and this isn’t the first time mistakes have happened. I’d really appreciate more attention to detail, especially when customers make specific requests.

I was so disappointed with the service at Nando’s. I went to Nando’s last night and ordered a chicken wrap with halloumi, I ended up getting no chicken in my wrap and when i told my server that it had no chicken in he said he would make a new one for me. I was very grateful when he said that to me, but 10 minutes went by and nothing, then another 10 and nothing came out. I paid £20 for for my meal and didn’t even get the wrap i asked for.

Exceptional service from Beth, not only knowledgeable about the menu but also had a great understanding about allergies (Gluten). She ensured everyone received the correct food, was incredibly polite, completed the check back to ensure everything was ok. We visit Nando’s on a regular basis and the service from Beth was outstanding. Thank you.
