Went there for a toddler screening and had a lovely experience. The cinema is really nice, and showing the Julia Donaldson short films is a brilliant idea. The shorter format keeps little ones engaged without getting tired while still letting them enjoy the experience of going to the cinema. A great outing for young children and their families!

Such a cute cinema, loads of screens by the looks of it. And the one I visited (screen 3) was big enough. Staff friendly, they seemed to have a salad class or dancing class going on downstairs. Looked like they are really trying to stay a hub for locals and beyond, so we just need to support it, or it will be gone. Had a great time, highly recommend (plus free parking after 3pm right next door!)

The sound seems to only come from the front speakers and was pretty low very dissapointed by that, they need to calibrate their sound system by the sound of it most is way too low. The Screens themself and seating are great, but at these prices I expect things to be great. Nothing they can do about this but good to know: there are no busses close-by if you planning on taking the train back home and at night you have to make your way through a near pitch dark forest area.

Me and my daughter have been visiting this cinema for years, when it was the picture house we used to go along. Ashford cinema show a great range of films for everyone. Staff are always friendly and polite, the cinemas are nice and cool. I have given 3 stars because on our last visit I was shocked at how expensive the food and drink has become. Coupled with this we were watching our film and someone decided they were vaping at the back. Myself and my daughter suffer with asthma and we had to change seats. I have seen staff members check a couple of times throughout the film to make sure people
