Standard Burger King. No frills food. Prices have gone up since I last used a BK. Burger not bad, chips were good, if a little salty. Latte average, needs to be a bit stronger. Premises clean and tidy and a comfortable temperature.

Ordered at the kiosk PAYED at the kiosk went for table service screen said no table service go to counter. Went to counter and rude staff said we hadn’t payed for it even with proof that it has gone out of the account not pending it had been payed she said no made us pay again what a shambles. Food was barely warm I’ve had better food out of a haribo pack The manger woman was a bit silly and clearly didn’t know her job role as someone who works in fast food and someone who use to manage a fast food restaurant that was appalling. Burger King really needs to check there staff training because

Whopper burger gave me food poisoning, had to call three days off work for vomiting and sickness. Dirty, uncleaned tables and eating environment, if it’s that dirty where there are customers, I can’t imagine how bad it is in the kitchens. Awful experience will never return.
