Here’s a polished review you could post: I keep coming back to Zizzi Beckenham because the service is consistently outstanding. The staff are always warm, friendly, courteous and incredibly accommodating, especially when it comes to our special dietary and menu requests. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble. On this visit, the team recommended trying the pizza alongside the burrata and meatballs, and it was a fantastic suggestion. We have walked past this place on many occasions but have always thought to give it a miss as we thought it wouldn’t taste authentic, but how wrong we were. We arrived a Zizzis on an Easter Sunday, only one waiter with a half a room full of tables of families. The waiter/bartender was kind, funny, and the food was amazing. We took some home with us as they gave amazing portion's and we paid a very reasonable price for it all as a family of five.

Had a lovely meal with my friend here yesterday. I was very pleased to see some lovely and original vegan options on the menu at a time when vegan options seem to be disappearing so fast. This is much appreciated and it needs to be mentioned. Very very good food. Loved the vegan cheesecake so much! I'm beginning to really appreciate Zizzi restaurants. I'd never visited this branch before now. I liked sitting by the window. I went on a quiet Monday evening after work. It was good to have a chilled atmosphere. The food came nice and quick. The two servers were very polite. One in particular really made my experience by helping me to use my birthday voucher. I have to say it was a really pleasant experience. The pasta I tried was Pesto Rosso. I found it had big chicken chunks in which made it filling. I added lots of chilli flakes because I like a kick to it. Usually, I order Chilli King pr
