No sanitiser - empty bottle. People standing on top of each other waiting for their orders. Plenty of space upstairs, carpeted and with good seating. Upstairs also has views over Castle Place so you can watch the world go by. Toilets upstairs not accessible as there’s a key pad. Are people really expected to go downstairs to ask for a code for the toilets? 2* because of toilet access and no sanitiser. Iced tea not great.

Toilets were poor. Really poor. Dirty. Broken toilet seat. No soap. The toilets were also upstairs where we had chosen to seat (as it was warmer) and needed a code to access, which staff didn't tell you about when buying drinks downstairs... Other than that the drinks were ok (we didn't order food). Be aware that you cannot use your UK Costa app or gift card from anywhere else in the UK (only realised after ordering...).

On a day trip to Belfast,as I thought we were still within the British isles I wasn't allowed to use my app to collect my beans and also was not allowed to use my gift card either.The service was terrible and the employee was rude.not what you expect from Costa as a company as all other Costas we've been in the service and staff were very polite.
