Very disappointed with this McDonald’s experience. I paid extra 15p for Classic Coke but got a horrible drink that tasted like 80% tonic water and only 20% Coca-Cola. The burger was cold, the cheese was not even melted, and the chips were cold too. Food quality and drink machines clearly need proper checking. McDonald’s management must inspect this place more frequently because customers should not be paying for cold food and badly mixed drinks.

Reason for such rating is simply because of the food quality! 1st when i was trying to place order online on their screen in front of the store wasn't working properly, moved to another 1 thought this would work ok but seem issue with that as well. After waiting 10 minutes got the order, chips were cold, soggy and clearly seem to be sitting in the kitchen for a while. Original Coca cola tasted as cheap Aldi Cola and it was flat without ice! No sauces in Burgers even worst plus wrap can be clearly seen in the picture! End up throwing everything in tbe bin! Unfortunately i ordered as take away s

Came to this McDonald’s on the afternoon of the Saturday 31st January 2026. When I came to the restaurant I told the worker I was eating in and then was sent upstairs, which was odd to me but interesting and was no problem. I ordered a Large Chicken Cheeseburger meal with an Espresso Milkshake. Was saddened to know the milkshake was only a regular, but that’s okay. Maybe I didn’t read the terms right. The meal cost me £8.29. It’s McDonald’s, so you know what to expect already. Quick food for decent price.

The order took quite a while to arrive. The upstairs seating is perfect for working. Downstairs is very small. Not many car parking spaces.
