Food came and one of the parsnips were like mouldy, was dark browny/black and we bit into it and it tasted disgusting. The potatoes were meant to be rosemary but were bland and were also dry and a lot of them were brown too. Manager said it was normal and just brown spots. Wasn’t helpful at all and didn’t do anything about it. Was also meant to come with peas and didn’t. Wouldnt recommend coming here for a roast dinner, isn’t worth it at all.

A lovely pub located very close to Bicester Village. We decided to have a little get together after work and we weren’t disappointed. People with a BV card can also get 10% off if you present it. the food was great and came out very warm. The drinks options wasn’t bad as well. Loads of sitting area inside and outside. Car park is free as long as you register your plate number on the till inside.

I spent a week in Bicester for work and The Acorn quickly became my go‑to spot. I loved the atmosphere, the great beer selection and their delicious burgers. The staff was incredibly kind, even when our group of thirty arrived to celebrate a colleague’s birthday. I’ll come back next time I’m in town, I’ll try the Sirloin Steak, the Beer & Ale Pie, the desserts—and I’ll definitely join the pub quiz!
