Been before at Christmas, came again on Saturday for my mother in laws birthday. Rang up and booked and they said I could come early to drop off balloons and they’d set them up for me. Fantastic food, might seem a bit pricey but the quality and the portion you get is more than worth it. It was easy to park because we came when it opened but when we left about 7pm the car park was full and people were struggling to find spaces. Both food and service are exceptional

WOW – what an absolute hidden gem! Just been for a meal with my bestie and honestly… wow. From the moment we walked in, everything was spot on. The atmosphere is warm and cosy (the fire was such a lovely touch 🥰), making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. 4 good real ales, great menu, well cooked with proper homemade chips and loads of them , heaven. So much tastier and digestible than frozen, it's worth just going there for the chips, so rare in many places. The steak was big and perfectly cooked, the service was spot, didn't wait to order nor receive.
