Lovely pub, great service, nice selection of dishes on the menu. Tasty food, nicely presented. Only gripe is its a little expensive for the basic quality of ingredients given. Eg the ham and bread on the roasted ham sandwich did not justify the price. But overall a positive experience and as I say great service, I would visit again and try something different from the menu.

went as a family for Easter Sunday roast dinners which we booked last week. We took our server's brilliant advice to order all our meals at the same time so they all came out together. I have to say that service was friendly, approachable and very professional. In short, it was utterly seamless. Food was delicious. each meal was hot and obviously freshly cooked. Our drinks were all served with a smile and no problem was too much trouble to be dealt with, including awkward children, dietary limitations, etc. I would certainly recommend this place for a lovely pub afternoon experience.
