Visited Dough Bakehouse on Sunday 12th October 2025 and had a brilliant experience. I was greeted by lovely staff, including the owner Carina Lepore, who was really friendly and welcoming. I tried the cinnamon swirl and the carrot cake and both were delicious, especially the cinnamon swirl. You can really taste the quality and the care that goes into their baking. It’s refreshing to find pastries that aren’t ultra-processed or full of unnecessary additives just for shelf life. It’s so nice to support a local independent artisan bakery that genuinely cares about its customers and the products

The rubarb and cherry cake slice we got was okay, good even. But the focaccia pizza was undercooked and raw, just pure raw dough. Can't believe it made it on to the counter in the first place

Really nice cup of tea and coffee, only thing to note is that the layout feels very awkward, we were asked to wait down the end for our take away drinks which felt in the way of people coming into the bakery and the staff trying to get drinks out to tables. We did also see some children poking at the help yourself bakes which felt a bit unsanitary - but the heart jam tart biscuits did look delicious!

Had wanted to visit since Carina won 'The Apprentice' in 2019. Finally went there a few weeks ago (I don't live close). Lovely bakery (can dine in too or sit outside as I did), sampled quite a few of the items: savoury pastry, carrot cake, wholemeal roll, coffee, croissant etc! Really nice to have a quick chat with Carina, many thanks!
