I visited the Subway in Bromborough recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The service was not up to standard, and the staff did not seem very attentive or friendly. My order was not prepared properly, and the overall quality did not match what I usually expect from Subway. The store itself also didn’t feel very clean or welcoming, which made the experience worse. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both customer service and food quality. I wouldn’t recommend this branch based on my visit

Complained that the Coke Zero had gone like water and was told it hadn’t as it wasn’t clear and still had colour ! Tasted disgusting and could see right through it. Toilets were dirty and round the taps was disgusting and rails full of rust! Not pleasant at all!

If you want a half filled salad box served by rude staff then Subway Bromborough is definitely the place for you! The staff were SO rude. Obviously a new boy on shift today and the girl that was supposed to be “helping” him was constantly putting him down for things he was doing wrong, and I was only there for 15 minutes. The 2 women behind the counter are rude and unapproachable. Anything you ask for seems like a hard task even though …. It’s their job? No basic manners were used by these two. The boy was polite and attentive, but I imagine in a few months he will have the same attitude as th

When I called in today there was 2 members of staff, both didn't seem overly happy. 1 had no sense of urgency to serve the customers, thus being the case I watched 6 people leave due to time waiting to be served. The other person seemed happy to chat to someone in the back room whilst she was serving a customer, he wasn't happy about this. The front of shop looked like it hadn't been clean I a long while. Seating held together with tape. Glassing front of food counters need some serious attention as they were filthy. Maybe they were having a bad day maybe not. Won't be returning sorry until
