Ordered a single platter at Pepe’s and both chicken breasts were pink in the middle and tasted off — not what you expect when ordering grilled chicken. The staff were slow to serve and didn’t seem particularly interested in addressing the issue. Overall, a disappointing experience and I won’t be rushing back.

My partner and I love Pepe’s Piri-Piri and regularly order from here whenever we don’t feel like cooking. We have always enjoyed the food, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. For the first time, I encountered a situation where our food was left on the floor by the delivery driver. As someone who works in healthcare, I found this concerning from a hygiene perspective.
