The wife enjoyed the food and the service. Andrew was very helpful and the manager attentive, although busy, thats nice. thank you. My boyfriend didn’t enjoy the food, couldn’t finish it and felt unwell afterward, so that is concerning! Tables and chairs remain unclean, grease spots still visible, no clean trays available was heard them tell some customer. This level of hygiene has not improved in the 3 years I’ve been visiting. While customer service from bright Ray, fast Andrew and the manager was good, the cleanliness standards are not acceptable.

Delivery drivers beware. The order was ready when I arrived, yet I was left standing there for more than 10 minutes because the staff completely ignored me. No acknowledgment, no communication, nothing. This kind of service wastes drivers’ time and delays customers’ deliveries. One of the worst pickup experiences I’ve had. Management should address this issue urgently. ⭐ 1 Star.

Absolutely aweful experience at this Burger King. Me and my girlfriend ordered a whopper meal and a double whopper with bacon. When we sat down to eat after waiting over 10minutes for meal prep, the double whopper was missing a burger patty, they replaced it which took about 10minutes and the replacement didn't contain any bacon!! When my girlfriend took it back the the counter, the server said she had put bacon in it, and my girlfriend said to the server that she had watched her do nothing but serve at the desk and had not witnessed her preparing any burgers at all. Popped in for a quick bit of food for dinner. We used some offers on the app to keep costs low, and part of the order included a Whopper each. We waited only a few minutes for the food, and used the digital drinks machine that’s controlled by your phone. Very cool! Unfortunately, the Whopper wasn’t very good; cold and limp and a bit tasteless. I’m hoping this isn’t a representation of the standard, and maybe the next one will be better.
