I have been coming regularly to this starbucks over the past 2 years and since they have recently gotten a new manager the staff look grumpy and lazy all the time. I had a friendly face every time i came, now i just get my drink and leave. They rest, sit back and just talk everytime im in. And the drinks take forever to be made. I used to get it so quickly but now the service is terrible. Looks like the standards have massively dropped. I cant blame the staff if the management has changed and this behaviour is now normalised

Clean and tidy with helpful staff, however if you’ve come to work on your laptop, think again. The WiFi is extremely slow. Gave up and went elsewhere in the end.

Nice environment and staff always friendly. However, if you come here to work - it’s like the WiFi was invented yesterday. Basically zero connection as of March 2026. I’d come here a lot more often if it was decent.

The new manager is awful. I come in pretty much every day. And everytime she is in, she is loudly gossiping about people which i presume are about her staff. The things i hear are disgusting. So unproffesional. The rest of the staff are lovely
