First time visiting and for what we got was expensive. The childs burger came with the cheese not even warm or melted. The carvery was disappointing while the veg option was ok the beef was awful and tasted more like corn beef than. The gammon was excessively salty. While the atmosphere and service was great the food really let it down

A group of us went. The staff were fantastic, helpful, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. They were let down by the food which was underwhelming. We enjoyed our family get together though and I believe the beer was good. My coffee was perfect.

Visiting with 29 friends and family including young children, families and elderly grandparents as well as a disabled child. We were there for my wife's and sons birthdays. All the staff where great, attentive and happy to help with great attitudes. Special shout out to Isobel, Steph, Rebecca, Hayden and Cody. (Sorry if I spelt any names wrong). They looked after us really well and sorted any issues we had!

Fantastic food and excellent service received today. I was with a party of 19 for a birthday and I will definitely be returning. All the staff were very attentive including the manager who ensured we were happy and had everything we needed throughout the meal. Our party had a mixture of carvery and meals off the menu with starters and desserts. All the food arrived together hot and fresh Well done to the manager and staff who have turned this pub around.
