Yesterday i ordered a caramel frappe and the ice was NOT. crushed properly and while drinking it ice was stuck in the straw and flew aggressively into my throat.! I then choked on that ice and that is a choking hazard and a health and safety issue i’m very disappointed and appalled by this situation.

My coffee , fries and nuggets were all cold. I ate the food at indigestion rate and asked for a new, hot, coffee. Definitely not worth the money.
