Holly Ayre★Yesterday i ordered a caramel frappe and the ice was NOT. crushed properly and while drinking it ice was stuck in the straw and flew aggressively into my throat.! I then choked on that ice and that is a choking hazard and a health and safety issue i’m very disappointed and appalled by this situation.
