I’ve been here quite a few times, possibly when the previous owners had this franchise and this is when the food was on point! However my last experience I attended was 05/06/2026, where we ordered a Tawa. My family suggested that the Tawa smelt off, but I suggested otherwise. After not listening to my family, I ended having diarrhoea and extreme sharp stomach pains. Unfortunately my stomach is still upset since 05/06/2026. It’s such a shame, that this place has gone a little down hill. I possibly think the food might have been pre-made then heated up in advance to cater for their customers.

I’ve been to this restaurant a few times before and always had a good experience. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. I went with a friend right when they opened at 5pm and we ordered a tawa for two. The chops and chicken tikka seekh kebabs were clearly not fresh. Coming from a chef background, it was obvious—they were dry and tough, almost like cardboard. A nearby table had already complained about their chops and were given fresh ones. I specifically asked the waiter to make sure ours were fresh as well, but we still ended up with what seemed like the same old batch—possibly

Had a really great experience at 3 Five 1 Restaurant – the tawa was definitely the highlight, full of flavour and really good value for money, and the chicken karahi is honestly the best I’ve had in Coventry. Malek and Farhaan were brilliant, super friendly and made us feel right at home. Would definitely come back!
