“Brilliant breakfast friendly staff, always packed”

We found a black hair in each of the two meals we ordered. Finding one hair can happen and isn't the end of the world, but finding two hairs—one in each meal in eggs—is unacceptable. Unfortunately, it made my girlfriend vomit.

Just average - food comes in big portions, but not really that tasty. Better to just cook at home! Coffee was also awful, I think they just use a pod machine out the back. Service was also bad — had to ask for cutlery and had a long wait. Much better places nearby

Well from the minute I walked in the door and sat down, I knew I should have left. Went up to the counter to be served and staff were to busy looking at their phone to even acknowledge me, when she did finally take my order it seemed like to much effort for her. All I went for was a large breakfast, egg on brown toast, latte and tea with oat milk. When the food came, the egg on toast was white, the tea was with cows milk, latte cold and the breakfast was tasteless. When I asked about the egg on toast was told sorry its done now and about the oat milk they had tan out. If i had not already pa

CLEANER JOB★

I went there to eat with my friend, and a delivery driver came in to pick up the order. The man who was in the kitchen spoke very rudely to the driver! The people who were there before were so friendly, I loved going there, but now I'll never go back after what I saw and heard. I didn't like how he treated the driver.
