Very disappointing experience. I ordered a salad bowl with chicken and found a worm cooked into the broccoli. When I brought this to the attention of a staff member, she was rude and argumentative rather than apologetic. I asked for the food to be replaced, and she took the plate away, only to return with what appeared to be the same plate. When I questioned this, she responded with attitude and asked what I expected her to change. I explained that I was not comfortable eating food after finding a worm in it, which I believe is completely understandable. I then asked to speak to the manager,

DO NOT GO TO THIS NANDOS! IT HAS SERIOUSLY FALLEN OFF The toilets are absolutely horrendous. My poor 3 year old niece ended up having too wee herself as there was no suitable toilet for her to get to in time. The staff did not attend to this situation well and were quick to deflect and report that it couldn't of been one of their customers. Whether it was their customer or not, its clear there is no regular toilet checks to ensure their toilets are suitable for their paying customers use. We visited Nando’s last Friday as a group of 12, and Nathan made the whole experience fantastic. He went out of his way to get us all seated together, which we really appreciated given the size of our group. Nathan was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and his positive attitude really stood out.
