1st time visiting the Wandle & was very impressed. The atmosphere was a bit loud for an afternoon but bearable. The service we were given from Pawel was amazing, he greeted us as we walked through the door & throughout our stay he was very friendly and polite. The downside was that none of the staff knew how to apply the Blue Light Discount code. So to compensate Pawel took of the service charge which was a lovely gesture.

Lovely pub at face value. Delicious food with a great allergen menu. Great beer garden- if you’re willing to end your night at 9pm. If it stated clearly when booking that this was the case that would be helpful. Also I suggest not taking SPORT bookings DURING the World Cup when your garden closes half way through a game. 🫠 a shame!

Such a shame when you enter the pub and it looks amazing, the refurbishment is great no doubt about that but when you start paying attention to detail they stand out, empty glasses not collected on tables and dirty table surfaces, not the experience you’re paying for. Frozen chips with no seasoning served with the double cheese burger, dried beef burger with no flavour, very underwhelming, very thin patties, really dry. Overcooked steak, although we ordered medium rare but came medium well done. The menu doesn’t specify the weight of the steak. One of the staff gave us the impression of a go

Great Sunday Roast, best we’ve had in SW London! Incredible veggie option and includes stuffing which is hard to find! Great atmosphere inside and staff are all very helpful and friendly! Would recommend to anyone looking for a Sunday Roast in south west London!
