We tried this restaurant as a change to the dominating Indian restaurant scene in the area and we were pleasantly surprised. The ingredients were fresh, cooked well and presented in a classic, non formal Italian style. I believe this is a Romanian-Italian restaurant and I would definitely recommend it if you want something different or Italian when in Queensbury. The prices were good too along with the service. You could consider it an almost romantic setting as long as there isn't too much action on the street outside!

Great service today at Pomodoro Rosso! We had atlantic salmon al limone, duble beef burger with parmesan fries, Roast Potatoes with rosemary and grated parmesan, traditional sicilian mini arancini and of course pizza! Portions so generous and great ambiance ♥️ The salmon was really good, the salad crunchy and fresh with the perfect seasoning! ✨ And the burger was just perfection! 🥰 You don’t wanna miss the dessert section especially the tiramisu which is absolutely delicious and the Romanian traditional papanasi! Best you will ever try! 10/10 totally recommend! 🥘 What a feast! 🍝

The food was nice. However 1 of the mains hadn't arrived, we asked where it was after 5 minutes of everyone else receiving theirs. Only to be told that they were busy & will be out shortly. We received it 10 minutes later, which we packed to take away.
