Cafe is just off the palace. Food I good, OK price. Seating out back is beautiful but some people wanted to take a nap and keep the table. It is a good stop after or before a visit to the palace. Bathrooms clean and water bottle fill nearby too

Great place to stop for a break. The coffee was very good, and the cake was delicious. We sat outside with our dogs, which was perfect. The inside isn’t dog-friendly, but the outdoor seating is great if you have pets. The staff were very friendly and welcoming—the man who served us had a big smile, which made the visit even nicer. Highly recommended if you’re near Holyrood Palace!
