For 20 years only passing by I was always curious how is it inside 🦧. Looking for traditional British pub food this place appeared on the list, managed to book for Saturday evening not knowing that the rugby match was on TV. Pub was packed and atmosphere according to that 🤯 , we had with us 94yo English lady but she didn't mind to stay! We got a nice corner table and shortly appeared a kind angel as charming as her name - Iona, who didn't mind to serve us 🙏🏽 . We had fish and chips, haggis loaded fries and tomato gnocchi, it was very good and massive portions 😋 , we loved the homemade tar

very local scottish pub with amazing scottish food. the whole interior feels very inviting and just cozy in general. was my first time trying haggis here and it was delicious. even though it was very busy the service did not disappoint. cannot recommend this pub enough. i'll definitely come back here next time i visit edinburgh.
