My first time having Haggis Neeps and Tatties as an American. It was excellent! The sauce was unique and complimented the ingredients well. Somewhat peppery but not too spicy for most people--even me! I ate it all! The cheesecake was disappointing though. Tiny, freezer burnt, with freezer burnt ice cream. Used a deal from my hostel that was honored. Maybe skip dessert or order another one! The main complaint for me was how rowdy the other guests got the closer it got to 7pm (19:00). We stopped by on a Saturday night, and we had a great time! We were a group of 3, and we got seated at the bar right away. We had a few cocktails and beers, and also ordered fries with mushroom sauce. They were accommodating with my friend’s nut allergy. The bartender, Matthew, was very friendly and nice. It was great service, and we would definitely visit again
