I highly recommend this hidden gem in Bedfont. Nestled between a KFC and a BetFred, this Portuguese restaurant offers authentic cuisine prepared by a Madeiran chef, with service from a Lisbon-born waitress who made us feel genuinely welcome. The portions are refreshingly generous in these times of shrinking servings, and every dish we tried was delicious. The house red complemented the meal perfectly and offered excellent value.

You won't go home hungry. One of the best restaurants we have visited in a year. Meat in a skewer, clams, whitebait, chorizo. Wow. An easy five star rating.. oh yes, the wine, superb. We are so glad to have found this place, our new home.

Went there for valentine's dinner 2026. And it's the best time we ever had in a restaurant. The meal was amazing (big portions), reasonably priced the ambience was great and the staff were amazing. To top it off the owners was very hands on in looking after the customers. Very accommodating and very friendly. Couldn't fault it. Highly recommend it. Will definitely visit again.
