Nestled between a KFC and a BetFred, this Portuguese restaurant offers authentic cuisine prepared by a Madeiran chef, with service from a Lisbon-born waitress who made us feel genuinely welcome. The portions are refreshingly generous in these times of shrinking servings, and every dish we tried was delicious. The house red complemented the meal perfectly and offered excellent value.
