We used to come in here nearly everyday Or one argyle street. For a bowl of soup and salad roll. But they charge you to sit in on everything you buy coffee cakes soup. We where wondering wby prices were different Everytime we went in. So the more you buy the more they charge to sit in. So we wont return. Should be a set price to sit in. We where charged £2 to sit in. Coke 25p to sit in Water 25p to sit in 2 chicken rolls £1.10 to sit in. Won’t rerturn should be thankful we eat here

Always enjoyed a scotch pie and cup of tea but noticed the last 3 times that the pie pastry is never cooked properly, the pastry looks bland instead of golden brown and the pastry not cooked which is a pity as the pie filling itself is tasty and all prices very cheap. Next time i will have a look at the colour of the pies and if still pale will just go to Aulds instead

Lovely little old school bakery with very pleasant staff who are quick and knowledgable. Bacon and black pudding bap with a coffee for less than a fiver. Great way to start a Sunday. Recommended if your passing.

I needed a pick-me-up after walking around Glasgow all morning, so I stopped here for treat. I saw rhubarb and had to have one. What a lovely tart. It definitely pepped me up and kept me going until lunch.
