This will be the last time I eat here. For starters the service is so slow, our food was sitting on the side for ages before we got it and was lukewarm when we ate it and we didn’t get all that we ordered. Secondly we ordered our son a kids meal that was supposed to come with a mandalorian puzzle which the manager refused to give to my wife. He said it was for a different meal even though as pictured on the screen when ordering it showed the promotion and still refused. Absolutely awful experience at Burger King Harvey Centre. The waiting times are a joke. We waited over 25 minutes for a kids meal and a coffee which is completely unacceptable. Multiple customers were complaining. One man waited more than 40 minutes just for a coffee and when it finally arrived it was cold so he quite rightly demanded a refund. The seating area was freezing and the place was dirty and badly maintained. It felt neglected. Staff showed zero urgency or care despite the growing frustration from customers. ordered table service. Was then asked to collect it from the till by 2 members of staff who were extremely rude. if we order table service that's exactly what the staff should be doing. other tables surfaces were not cleaned down. avoid this place guys. even other members of the public were having to clean their own tables. it's dump their. food is always cold. Really gone down hill. The new staff are high unmotivated.

I had a really pleasant experience at the Burger King in Harlow. The food was of a high standard, and the staff were very friendly. My order didn’t take long, and the restaurant was clean, including the toilets. Overall, compared to other Burger King locations I’ve visited, this one was excellent.
