Very large shop, staff extremely helpful, if only other shops had toilets of this standard. Sushi far too expensive. As I have walking difficulties I would appreciate a map or good isle signage. For the first time ever I have found a shop that sells a Christmas turkey ready meals that you can microwave, well done Waitrose. P.S. I hadn't noticed the Christmas turkey ready meal needed thawing, unlike most ready meals, until I was about to eat it ☹️

Wasted journey today. Cafe was unable to do any hot food for unexplained reasons. Too small to stock some of the items I went there for (regular they stock them in other branches). Waitrose used to be a high end experience. But of late their shelves are emptier. Definitely not up to the standard they position themselves at.

Don't do a big shop here just bits and bobs however staff seem helpful and tills seem well manned and self checkout is easy to use. I tend to use it for John Lewis click and collect which generally works very well.

surprisingly poor selection, many of the brands are exactly the same as aldi/lidl just much more expensive. More so the customer service is exceptionally poor. The younger members of staff are friendly and helpful but the older members of staff would struggle to be more rude if they tried, incredibly hostile for no reason and very unwelcoming.
