The nearest station is Dalston Kingsland which is just over a ten minute walk to get here. . The Shakespeare Tavern as it was then called was built by Whitbread in 1866. Today it is run by one of the best pubco’s in London, Remarkable Pubs. . This once two bar pub has an elongated Island servery which has some superb colourful retro posters behind the optics.
