I had the worst experience at this restaurant. The keema curry was extremely oily and unbearably spicy. It felt like they just poured oil on top instead of cooking it properly. There was no balance in flavour — just heat and grease. Completely disappointing. What made it worse was the service. The lady who attended us was very rude and unprofessional. She didn’t listen to our concerns and showed no basic customer courtesy. Instead of resolving the issue, she behaved arrogantly and made us feel uncomfortable. We dined at Namasthe Hounslow, and it was truly a delight. Every dish we ordered was exceptional—from the flavorful biryani to the succulent prawn dish (Royyala Iguru) and the comforting Natu Kodi chicken curry with bagara rice. Each bite was packed with authentic flavor. While the food did take a bit longer to arrive, the taste made it worth the wait. Plus, the convenience of nearby parking made the visit even smoother. I ordered Kaju Paneer Butter Masala, and the taste was completely unsatisfactory. The dish lacked flavor, the gravy did not taste fresh, and overall it was a very disappointing experience. If a restaurant cannot prepare a dish properly and maintain good quality, it is better to remove that item from the menu instead of serving such poor food to customers. Definitely not worth ordering.
