This was my first visit to this branch of Nando's. We stopped by for a short bite, and the establishment was lovely. The cuisine was as good as always, and the service was warm and inviting. Certainly a place I would return to! This branch has excellent food, a wonderful setting, and even better service; I heartily suggest it.

I wish to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your restaurant. I was initially served chicken that was clearly burnt. Upon requesting a replacement, I was informed that it would be changed. However, the dish that was returned to me appeared to be the same chicken, with the burnt areas merely scraped off and presented as newly prepared. This approach is unacceptable and falls well below reasonable food quality and hygiene standards. The situation caused unnecessary discomfort and embarrassment in front of my companion, who ultimately agreed to eat the meal simply

Juliet provided excellent customer service today. From the moment she saw me waiting, she greeted me with a warm smile and let me know she’d be with me shortly. She was friendly, polite, and made me feel very comfortable with her positive attitude and genuine conversation. I came in alone for a business meeting and was feeling a little awkward, but Juliet’s kindness and professionalism completely put me at ease. She was welcoming to everyone, greeting customers as they arrived and left, and it was clear she genuinely cares about people. She also helped me sign up for the Nando’s Rewards card.

Went for dinner with a friend around 9 pm yesterday. Was welcomed by a lovely waitress. Juliet went the extra mile to make sure we enjoy our dining experience, indicating where each section is (including the toilets and where the lighting is nice) as soon as we came in, gave us some sauce recommendations and even shared her favorites. One of her colleagues at the till was also very welcoming, chatting with me and just taking time to take my order. We'll definitely be back :) We go sporadically to Nando's, but guess the Islington one may be our favourite.
