At first glance, the restaurant appears to be a high-quality establishment, which makes the overall experience even more disappointing. Being given a wooden toothpick with coffee does not feel very appropriate or refined. After finishing the main course, the staff made no effort to clear the table, even though dessert had already been ordered. Overall, the service feels disorganized and lacking attention to detail. Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied.

I visited Coco Desserts and ordered a milkshake. When I went to collect it, the staff member asked for £6. I handed him £10 respectfully. When he returned with my milkshake, instead of handing me my change, he threw the £4 change onto the counter. I found this rude and unprofessional and felt disappointed by the customer service. I hope staff can treat customers more respectfully in the future. I hope they learn how to deal with costumers.

I’ve regularly been ordering from cocos, but never again. I ordered a mocktail which I didn’t receive, also staff were very disrespectful over the phone. My order included 3 waffles which weren’t made fresh and they were cold. Hired staff are not bothered about customer satisfaction at all, I rang in and they said they can’t do anything about the mocktail or order, the guy on the till told me to get a refund through just eat.
