Time to update my review after my most recent visit. I've been enjoying Bombay Nights since 2009, I love the big, old-school, banging flavours; lots of spice, lots of seasoning. I prefer this type of curry compared to the more delicate, minimal style that's become widespread in recent years; a curry should be a proper feast! I loved the tandoori salmon, presented in a very appetising way with sizzling onions. Sag aloo was flavoursome, and the aubergine dish was delicious. Absolutely amazing experience at this Indian restaurant. The food was full of flavour, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The chicken tikka masala was rich and creamy, the naan bread was soft and warm, and every dish came out hot and beautifully presented.
