I’m giving 4 stars only because I was really saddened that Vegatsu has been removed from the menu – it was my absolute favourite. Still, I really enjoy this branch for its edamame and curry udon, which are both consistently good. The place is quiet, calm, and feels more like a cosy cafe than a busy restaurant. Staff are friendly and attentive, and it’s one of the few Wagamama branches where you can actually sit, eat slowly, and read in peace.

Headed in for a quick late lunch and really loved the food. However I feel compelled to write this review as the service wasn’t great at all. It seemed they did not care much about my visit or explaining the menu to me, even after I mentioned I had never visited before and was confused about the ordering/payment process. No recommendations, no words exchanged when serving/leaving, not even a ‘Enjoy’ or ‘Thank you’. I can’t quite put my finger on it but it seemed like a really hostile and cold environment. I hoovered up my food in 10 minutes and left, asking my leftovers to simply be wrapped up

Ordered via Deliveroo from this Wagamama, the food was delicious and still nicely warm. I ordered the Chicken Donburi with the Duck Chat Hoisin Bao, we also ordered the Chicken Hotpot. All the food was well packaged and cooked freshly, the delivery was around 45 minutes, which we thought was reasonable. Would order from here again.
