We have recently book Banyan to celebrate my husband’s 52nd birthday. The service was incredible from the beginning: we had stayed at the hotel for a couple of days and ate ate the restaurant: the food was incredible, and so was the service. I would recommend this venue. Service was attentive, and food was well presented and clearly well prepared on site in a decent on site kitchen and by a chef. Dont be afraid to ask for variations at this place so you get it how you want it. Seasoning you can ask, if you want it dry, or hot, or extra whatever.
