I’ve visited this store before and they used to offer lovely cakes, so I was disappointed on my recent visit in January. There were still discounted Halloween items on display, which made the place feel neglected and gave the impression that Dobbies won’t properly reduce or clear out-of-season stock. I went to the café and the food was extremely poor. My fry was completely dried out, and the bacon was undercooked. The only positive was the £1 kids’ meal offer with an adult meal, but even then, the children wouldn’t eat their food as it was that poor and they’re not fussy eaters. The scrambled

Quite a nice garden centre which is more of a destination than anything else. Good quality products but many at premium prices. The restaurant does good business and tables are well spaced out. We had a Xmas scone which was lovely and a mince pie which was poor. The staff looked tired and certainly didn't project any Xmas cheer. Parking is ample and well laid out.

Very disappointed in our first foray to Dobbies. We visited to buy trees but left without any. Great if you want an acer but woefully stocked otherwise. This isnt a garden centre, its a gift shop primarily with a restaurant thrown in for good measure. Found much better variety and keener prices at a local growers. If you want to spend a few hours buying overpriced homewares and dog accessories go for it. Otherwise look elsewhere. Im afraid for me its a first and last time visit

Great experience on Saturday at Dobbies Lisburn with my sister - making our own Terrariums, and then having scrumptious Afternoon Tea, with Bubbly as extra!! 🥂 The Terrarium instructor was very patient and helpful, and the catering staff in the restaurant for the Afternoon Tea were fab! Food was excellent as was service! Such great value for money! Thoroughly recommend this experience 👍👍 We'll be back for sure!
