We went to the cafe needing to charge phones urgently. The waiter was great and knew that the customer who hadn’t ordered cake would probably want some when she saw it and brought two plates and forks, which I happily made use of! The cake was some of the best either of us have had in a cafe, we had a slice of the pistachio and raspberry gateau. Such a happy accident for us given that we initially went in to charge our phones and my friend initially ordered to be polite. I was delighted that they serve slimline tonic too.
